Connecting An iOS Device Via WiFi
Note: This connectivity option is not recommended as there may be performance issues with WiFi connectivity. Connect devices locally or via Cloud .
Following are instructions of how to add an iOS device to Silk Mobile via WiFi, so that you can use Silk Mobile without connecting the device to the computer with a USB cable.
Step 1: Open your iOS device "Settings".
Step 2: Click on "WiFi" and choose your WiFi connection.
This is the screen that you will see on your device after clicking on the chosen network:
Step 3: Go to Silk Mobile and click Add 'iOS Device'.
Step 4: Enter the IP Address from your device to the "Host" tab (instead of where you see ' usb ').
Step 5: Click OK.
